Interim Senior Tax Analyst

About the Opportunity

Vaco has partnered with a well-established organization seeking an Interim Senior Tax Analyst to support federal and state compliance functions during an upcoming compliance season. This is a 6-month project-based role based in Chandler, AZ, with a strong preference for local candidates.

About the Role

This position is designed for a detail-oriented tax professional who is strong in Excel and capable of working cross-functionally with minimal direction. You will hit the ground running to support critical compliance efforts, coordinating closely with external preparers to pull and organize files and supporting documentation. The role requires active collaboration with accounting, HR/payroll, and engineering teams to gather necessary data, as well as assisting with tax provision work, particularly during quarterly close periods.
