About the Opportunity
A Washington medical center is seeking an Interim PACU Manager to lead post-anesthesia care, pre/post-operative services, and procedural preparation. This interim role is designed to foster team building, plan for increased procedural volume, and optimize staff coverage and productivity to ensure operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills to create a cohesive environment, leveraging experience in surgical services to enhance both patient care and staff performance. This position offers a unique chance to rapidly make meaningful improvements in a healthcare setting while working with the B.E. Smith interim leadership team.
