About the Opportunity
Join a 400+ bed hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, as an Interim MICU/SICU Manager. This role is designed to lead critical care operations across multiple units, including the MICU, SICU, CVICU, and CCU. The position focuses on driving throughput, fostering staff engagement and culture, ensuring accountability, and managing scheduling for a team of over 60 FTEs.
The ideal candidate will serve as a hands-on, visible leader, bridging the gap between staff and department leadership while leveraging broad knowledge of critical care operations. This is a temporary leadership role requiring a start date within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
