About the Role

This Registered Nurse position on the 1 West Observation team is designed for those ready to support their unique calling in patient care while fitting their life. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department requirements and state standards, collaborating with medical providers and the care team to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate support.

Your day-to-day involves acting as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision and values to ensure outstanding patient experiences. You will follow established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage," assessing patient conditions during admission and each shift, administering medications, and educating patients and families about treatment plans and medical conditions.
