About the Role
The Accounting Manager consultant serves as a pivotal leader for the firm, bridging the gap between financial operations, human resources, and client-facing partnerships. In this hybrid role, you will oversee day-to-day accounting functions in close collaboration with an outsourced accounting team, while simultaneously managing critical HR processes for a growing team of 19 employees.
This position is designed for a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will act as a strategic partner to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, billing, and compliance. Beyond the numbers, you will lead onboarding and offboarding, manage payroll, and support hiring initiatives, making you a central figure in the firm's operational growth.

Requirements

Nice to Have
CPA certification. Experience writing or reviewing proposals. Strong understanding of project billing structures. Proficiency with Deltek Ajera software.
