About the Role
We are seeking a collaborative and strategic Deltek Business Process & Accounting Enablement Partner to help optimize and align our accounting and finance workflows within Deltek Vantagepoint. This role is designed for a problem-solver who thrives in a team environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work that drives business success.\n Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will partner closely with Accounting, Finance, and the Deltek Administrator to translate business and operational needs into effective workflow solutions. Your work will drive consistency, efficiency, and scalable financial operations across our growing organization. You will play a key role in optimizing how Deltek supports our internal processes while collaborating on system-related enhancements and execution.

J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience); Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience within Deltek or a similar role supporting SQL-based software; Proven expertise in configuring and supporting accounting and financial management teams; Familiarity with project-based professional services firms, engineering-focused firms preferred; and Experience with SQL or a similar language clearly is a plus.
