As an Intake Representative, you are the gateway to exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for processing referrals and getting patients on service, handling commercial, private, and government insurances for those receiving acute therapies such as TPN, IV Antibiotics, and inotropic medications.
This role is more than just data entry; it is about ensuring every patient interaction is handled with precision and empathy. You will work collaboratively with other departments to verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and complete necessary paperwork, ensuring a seamless transition from referral to treatment.
