About the Role

The Intake & Enrollment Coordinator serves as the engine that turns recruitment into enrollment. While recruitment teams generate the leads, this role owns the critical next steps: engaging prospective participants, assessing their goals and readiness, and directing them to the right training program.

This is a high-performance, high-accountability position where success is measured by conversion rates, enrollment volume, and pipeline movement. You will build rapport quickly, assess fit, overcome hesitation, and move individuals from interest to action. A strong understanding of partner programs, as well as funding models like SNAP E&T and WIOA, is critical to ensuring participants are placed into programs they both qualify for and are likely to complete.

You will work in a hybrid, remote-based environment with daily communication and interaction. The schedule may include occasional early morning, evening, or weekend events depending on recruitment and program needs. This role requires a professional presence, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a "do what it takes" service orientation.
