About the Role
We are seeking an Insurance Underwriter to join our Main Street Business team in Jacksonville, FL, with the possibility of remote work. This position is designed for a professional with demonstrated success in a true multi-line underwriting environment, managing accounts ranging from small to mid-market. The role focuses on developing business strategies to build and grow a profitable, sustainable book of business while championing continuous improvement in underwriting processes.
In this capacity, you will define acceptable levels of risk and coverage, participate in agent visits to provide expertise to the team, and establish strong relationships with service and distribution partners. The role offers excellent opportunities for advancement within the organizational structure, supported by a competitive compensation package including an end-of-year performance bonus.
