About the Role

This position is designed for a skilled professional to lead the installation, start-up, and optimization of complex commercial refrigeration systems. You will perform evacuations of parallel racks, handle EMS wiring and programming for all manufacturers, and execute full start-ups for new parallel and individual systems.

Beyond technical execution, you will lead small projects such as single case and condenser changeouts. You will assist with EO projects, including retro-commissioning of supermarkets for system performance, utility programs, EMS upgrades, leak detection upgrades, and gas conversion projects. The role also involves collaborating with local branch Service and Construction Managers to assist in problematic stores, providing training for junior technicians and foremen, and managing work schedules effectively.
