Insurance Sales Representative

About the Role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our sales team as Insurance Sales Representatives. This role is designed for candidates eager to obtain their Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance licenses while helping customers navigate their insurance needs and growing our book of business. You will serve as the primary point of contact for personal insurance policies, handling inquiries, providing coverage recommendations, and managing policy changes and renewals.

This is a base pay plus commission position that blends inbound sales experience with dedicated customer service. You will work leads, generate new business, and support existing clients while ensuring strict compliance with insurance regulations and company standards. The role operates on a specific schedule from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM EST, with occasional weekend work required to meet client needs.
