About the Role
We are seeking Insurance Sales Representatives to support individuals and families who have already expressed interest in insurance solutions. This is a remote, client-facing position dedicated to guiding clients through simple protection options using a structured, compliant process.
In this role, you will connect with inbound client requests and conduct virtual consultations via phone or Zoom. Your primary focus is to ask clear questions to understand client needs, present appropriate insurance options, and assist them through the application process. You will work within company systems for scheduling, documentation, and follow-up, ensuring a seamless experience for every client.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote role with flexible scheduling based on client availability. While the schedule is adaptable, evening or weekend availability may be required to accommodate client needs. Success in this position requires a reliable phone, computer, and internet connection, as well as the comfort to communicate effectively via phone and video.
Compensation Structure
This is a performance-based, commission-only role. Earnings vary directly based on individual effort, activity, and results.
Licensing & Qualifications
An active Life Insurance License is required for this role. Candidates without a license must be willing to obtain one before meeting with clients; guidance and resources are available for qualified applicants. Additionally, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check.
