We are seeking a Skydio Field Implementation Technician to install and maintain drone dock systems at customer sites. This role is designed for a hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic, mobile environment. You will be the face of F3 at the customer location, responsible for the end-to-end deployment of hardware and software solutions.
Your day will involve traveling to various sites to perform installations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless connectivity. Beyond the technical work, you will engage directly with customers, providing high-level service and maintaining accurate records of all work performed. This position requires adaptability, as you may work early mornings, late evenings, nights, or overnight shifts, often in diverse environments ranging from confined spaces to rooftop locations.
