As a Farmers Insurance Agency Producer, you will work closely with a Farmers Insurance Agency Owner to help grow the agency through sales, marketing, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and a desire to build a career in the insurance industry. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing client relationships, and supporting the agency's overall growth objectives.
In this position, you will present and sell a variety of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and business insurance, to meet the needs of clients. Your day will involve proactively prospecting for new clients through referrals, networking, and lead generation, while also maintaining and building long-term relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service. You will participate in local marketing initiatives and community events to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.
Farmers will provide guidance and support in obtaining the necessary state insurance licenses. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who can work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. A customer-centric attitude with a desire to help individuals and businesses protect what matters most is essential.

Requirements
