About the Role
This is an opportunity to start a career in financial services, one of the most stable and lucrative industries in the world. You will work as an independent contractor to build a legacy for yourself rather than working for someone else's dream. The role is designed for those ready to learn the business, work hard, and have fun.
You will be selling life insurance exclusively to people who have already reached out and asked for help. There is no cold calling, no bugging friends and family, and no network marketing or MLM structures. You will set your own schedule, working part-time (15-20 hours per week) or full-time (35-45 hours per week) from anywhere remotely. Whether you are looking for supplemental income or a way to replace a full-time salary, there are no limits on your income potential.
Our Culture and Team
We are a vibrant, growth-oriented team that embraces new members like family. You will receive hands-on training and mentoring from me and my team of very successful agents. We pride ourselves on having no condescending bosses, no sales quotas, and no sleazy sales tactics. You will earn commissions paid out daily directly by our insurance carriers, with raises available every 1-2 months.
Our team includes individuals from diverse backgrounds who have found success here: a former admin worker building a $12k/month agency, a former dental hygienist replacing a $150k income in her first year, a former pastor earning $2k-$6k/month while teaching, a former bartender and musician earning over $10k/month while traveling, a former pharmacist building a $10k-$15k/month agency, and a former General Manager earning up to $15k/month. Some members even earn equity in the company, bonuses, and recognition, along with trips to 5-star resorts.
