As an Insurance Product Analyst within the Account Management Department, you serve as a vital bridge between the Credit Union, its members, and insurance carriers. Your primary mission is to ensure the security of collateral loans and the accuracy of insurance-related financial transactions. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of insurance products, including Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI), Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP), Mechanical Breakdown Protection (MBP), Credit Life, and Credit Disability coverage.
In this role, you will handle complex administrative tasks such as validating premiums and refunds, processing claims, and managing policy cancellations. You will work closely with the Mortgage Lending Department to resolve real estate collateral issues and assist members with critical inquiries regarding their coverage. Your work ensures that the Credit Union remains compliant and that members receive timely support when navigating insurance claims or policy changes.
