About the Role

This position is designed for individuals who are coachable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. No prior experience is required, as we provide structured onboarding and ongoing training to help you succeed.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, trained to guide conversations, present options clearly, and support clients through the application process. Your day will involve connecting with individuals who have already requested information, reviewing their financial situations to prepare personalized coverage options, and meeting with clients virtually or in person to walk them through their choices.

Compensation and Performance

This is a commission-only sales position. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family protected. While we expect a full-time agent to sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week, please note that no agent's success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical or guaranteed. Your level of success will depend on your effort, ability to follow training and systems, engagement with leads, and client needs in your area.

In addition to mortgage protection, we also offer financial products designed to help individuals plan for retirement or protect existing retirement accounts. This role offers performance-based income with uncapped potential.
