About the Role
We are seeking an Insurance Claims Specialist to lead the review and resolution of complex claims related to asbestos exposure, pollution, and other environmental health hazards. In this role, you will analyze claims for acceptable coverage according to policies, evaluate liability and damages, and participate in settlement conferences to manage litigation. You will also determine reimbursement for clients and ensure the on-time delivery of awarded payments.
This position is based in Troy, MI, with remote work options available. It is designed for individuals with a strong knowledge of specialty claims in environmental toxic torts and health hazards. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a JD considered a plus.

Requirements
