About the Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to assist policyholders with servicing policies, evaluating coverages for cross-selling opportunities, and processing requests regarding existing business. This role serves as a vital link between the company and our customers, requiring you to establish working relationships, accurately answer questions, and educate policyholders on various types of insurance to make recommendations based on their needs.
You will perform frontline underwriting on new business applications, renewals, and endorsements, while also binding coverage in accordance with eligibility rules. The position involves collecting pertinent information to open claims, coordinating with lenders and mortgage companies, and communicating non-renewal or cancellation decisions. Success in this role requires maintaining confidentiality, ensuring accurate coverage, and managing computer inquiries and entries for policyholder accounts.
Work Model
We offer a merit-based work-from-home program based on job responsibilities. After initial training in-person, this specific role could have the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.
