About the Role
As an agency owner, you will expand the company's book of business by offering expert consultations on over 50 insurance products to new and existing clients. You will facilitate resolution strategies for client inquiries and expand your business reach by engaging in your local community. A key part of this role involves building business relationships with other professionals, such as CPAs, lawyers, realtors, and mortgage brokers.
You will develop and implement your own sales strategy while building and leading a high-performing team, backed by an award-winning Farmers District team. This position is designed for those with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong drive, and ambition who want to build equity in their own business as an Independent Contractor.

Requirements
- verifiedProperty Casualty License or Life Insurance License

- verifiedAbility to show credit worthiness and qualify for business capital requirement
Nice to Have
Previous experience in insurance, along with Property Casualty License and/or Life Insurance License.
