About the Role
You will expand the company's book of business by offering expert consultations on over 50 insurance products to new and existing clients. This position is designed for an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive and ambition. You will facilitate resolution strategies for client inquiries and expand your business reach by engaging in your local community to build relationships with professionals such as CPAs, lawyers, realtors, and mortgage brokers.
In this role, you will develop and implement your own sales strategy while building and leading a high-performing team. Success requires maintaining a client-centric business culture by building rapport and proactively communicating. You will ensure compliance with insurance standards and regulations through continuous education and training.
