About the Role
We are looking for a personable and enthusiastic Insurance Account Manager to help take our agency to the next level. This is a critical role designed for a motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will manage client communications, nurture important relationships, and maintain policy details and documentation in a secured system.
Unlike traditional sales roles, this position features no cold calling or prospecting; all leads are provided. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing helpful answers to policy and billing questions, explaining coverage or rate changes, and facilitating communication with claims adjusters. Your work will ensure clients fully understand their policies while keeping our book of business compliant with NAIC regulations.
