BRCC's Workforce & Economic Development department, specifically within the Maritime & Continuing Education sub-department, is dedicated to empowering students through practical, industry-aligned education. This 10-month unclassified faculty position serves as a cornerstone for student success, blending direct instruction with active mentorship. You will design and deliver learning experiences tailored to diverse student needs, utilizing industry resources to foster deep understanding in Process Technology and related fields. Beyond the classroom, you will guide students through registration, orientation, and recruitment, ensuring they have the support necessary to navigate their educational journey.
The role requires a balance of teaching, administration, and service. You will maintain rigorous academic standards by adhering to master course syllabi, managing accurate records, and participating in outcome assessments. Your presence will be felt in departmental meetings, convocations, and graduation exercises, where you will represent the college in appropriate academic regalia.
