About the Role

As an Instructor, you will serve as a vital bridge between our engineering expertise and the technicians who keep agriculture and turf equipment running. This role is designed to empower dealers, company employees, and customers by delivering high-impact, instructor-led training across classroom, lab, in-field, and virtual environments.

You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of training events, from setting up and executing sessions to tearing down equipment afterward. Classes typically span two days, featuring two sessions per week, with students comprising technicians from dealerships nationwide. Your day will involve presenting PowerPoint instruction in the classroom, guiding hands-on lab activities to diagnose and fix machine issues, and adapting content to ensure participants can effectively diagnose, optimize, sell, and manage complex Ag & Turf systems.

Beyond the classroom, you will drive farm machinery and forklifts to move equipment between trucks and lab areas, with certifications provided upon hire. You will also monitor course effectiveness using Net Promoter Score data and work closely with platforms and training development teams to research topics and update course materials. Building strong relationships with dealers and certified instructors is key to ensuring the highest priority training needs are met.
