About the Role
OKSI is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and functionality of company facilities across multiple headquarters locations nationwide. This role is critical to ensuring a safe, reliable, and efficient working environment at each site, managing everything from building infrastructure and vendor coordination to preventative maintenance and workspace planning.
The Facility Manager supports daily operations by ensuring office spaces, engineering areas, and common facilities remain fully operational. This position requires regular travel between OKSI's HQ locations, and candidates must be comfortable with a travel-intensive schedule to conduct site assessments and oversee active projects.
Security & Compliance
This position requires a U.S. Department of Defense Secret security clearance. Candidates must be eligible to obtain this clearance, subject to government security investigations, and able to access classified information. The inability to obtain a security clearance will result in ineligibility for the position. Additionally, the person hired will have access to information subject to U.S. export controls and must be a "U.S. person" as defined by 22 C.F.R.
