This position is located on Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead and manage a team of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental professionals
- check_circleDevelop and maintain comprehensive safety programs ensuring compliance with OSHA and DoD regulations
- check_circleLead detailed incident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- check_circleCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety considerations into project planning
- check_circlePrepare and submit compliance reports and metrics to regulatory bodies and stakeholders
- check_circleMentor team members on OHS&E best practices and professional development
- check_circleConduct regular facility inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards
- check_circleOversee creation and distribution of safety documentation including manuals and incident reports
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related discipline
- verifiedRecognized professional safety certification (e.g., Certified Safety Professional)
- verified10+ years experience leading OHS&E teams in high-risk industries
- verifiedU.S. citizenship required for DoD Secret Security Clearance
- verifiedAbility to obtain and maintain U.S. passport
- verifiedAbility to relocate to Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands
- verifiedAbility to obtain U.S.A.G.K.A. driver's license
Nice to Have
NFPA 70E Qualified Person certification or demonstrated expertise in electrical safety standards. Master's degree in OHS&E or a related field. Specialized training or certifications related to industrial hygiene, hazardous materials management, or specialized DoD safety programs.
