About the Opportunity
Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA) is seeking an Instructional Designer for a contract assignment with a premier Financial Services client in Baltimore, MD. This role supports the CDRR Training team, which is responsible for delivering regulatory-required training on Cybersecurity, Information Security Policy, and Global Technology Policy.
About the Role
In this position, you will build and modernize engaging online learning solutions using existing content from the current training library. You will leverage in-house tools and firm assets to create new courses, while also editing and advising on course scripts as needed. The role requires close collaboration with the CDRR training team and subject matter experts to drive learner engagement and ensure custom courses align with business and training goals.
