About the Role
The eLearning Specialist serves as a vital bridge between technical administration and educational content, ensuring the organization's learning ecosystem remains robust, engaging, and accessible. This position is designed to support Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in transforming complex information into high-quality, interactive learning experiences. By managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and crafting comprehensive knowledge guides, the specialist ensures that staff across all departments have the resources they need to succeed.
In this role, you will not only administer the platform but also act as a creative partner, producing multimedia content including audio, video, and motion graphics to enhance online modules. The day-to-day involves collaborating closely with internal teams to keep course materials current and relevant, while simultaneously troubleshooting technical issues and analyzing data to drive continuous improvement in the organization's learning programs.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree preferred in education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or related field
- verifiedExperience with LMS administration, preferably TalentLMS, Articulate, or similar eLearning products
- verifiedProficiency in multimedia content creation and editing tools
- verifiedExperience with graphic design software
- verifiedBasic HTML/CSS skills
- verifiedKnowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in eLearning
- verifiedExperience in data analysis and reporting
Nice to Have
