The CDRR Training team is dedicated to delivering essential regulatory-required training in Cybersecurity, Information Security Policy, and Global Technology Policy. Our mission is to ensure the firm remains compliant while fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization.
About the Role
As an Instructional Designer, you will be the architect of our digital learning landscape. You will design, develop, and rebuild engaging online learning solutions by leveraging existing training content and firm-approved design assets. This role is pivotal in modernizing learning experiences and significantly enhancing learner engagement.
You will collaborate closely with the CDRR training team and subject matter experts to translate complex regulatory and technical concepts into clear, learner-friendly materials. Your day-to-day involves partnering with stakeholders to ensure training solutions align with both business goals and learning objectives, while also developing scalable course templates for future initiatives.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a structured interview process designed to assess both technical proficiency and cultural fit. The process typically includes:
- Initial screening to discuss background and experience.
- A portfolio review focusing on previous instructional design work.
- A technical assessment or deep-dive discussion regarding tool proficiency (Articulate, Adobe, etc.).
- Final interview with the hiring team to discuss team dynamics and role expectations.

Requirements

Industry background. Administrative and/or reporting experience with Cornerstone on Demand. Background in Cybersecurity, Technology, or Compliance training.
