At Bayer, we are reimagining what's possible in healthcare, driven by our bold mission of "Health for all, Hunger for none." We are launching a dynamic Institutional & Specialty Sales team dedicated to bringing Asundexian, a next-generation oral Factor XIa inhibitor, to market. This launch represents a pivotal moment in neurology, delivering innovation to patients when it matters most.
As an Institutional & Specialty Sales Consultant, you will play a rare opportunity to shape access and accelerate clinical adoption for Asundexian in stroke prevention. You will drive clinical demand and education by communicating the therapy's value to key stakeholders. Your day-to-day will involve leading formulary access by navigating P&T committees and influencing protocol adoption across health systems. You will build strategic relationships with priority institutions, engaging C and D Suite executives, Heads of Pharmacy, Heads of Quality, and neurologists. Success in this role requires developing territory business plans based on local market insights and collaborating with internal teams to support a successful launch while demonstrating deep expertise in the disease state and competitive landscape.
This role is based in Murrieta, CA, covering the surrounding geography. Candidates must be domiciled within the territory. The position supports the broader region including Redlands, Indio, Palm Springs, and San Bernardino.
