About the Team

We are launching a dynamic Institutional & Specialty Sales team dedicated to bringing Asundexian, a next-generation oral Factor XIa inhibitor, to market. This team is committed to investing in digital tools to work smarter and harness the power of AI, ensuring we deliver innovation to patients when it matters most.

About the Role

As an Institutional & Specialty Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in a high-profile neurology launch in North Hollywood, CA. You will have a rare opportunity to shape access and accelerate clinical adoption for Asundexian, a therapy designed for stroke prevention. Your mission is to drive clinical demand and education by communicating the value of this new treatment to the healthcare community.

In this role, you will lead formulary access by navigating P&T committees and influencing protocol adoption across health systems. You will build strategic relationships with priority institutions, engaging key stakeholders such as C and D Suite executives, Heads of Pharmacy, Heads of Quality, and neurologists. You will develop territory business plans based on local market insights and collaborate with internal teams to support a successful launch, demonstrating deep expertise in the disease state, marketplace, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • verifiedBachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant sales experience

Nice to Have

Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field. Proven success in biotech, medical, or pharmaceutical sales in competitive environments, including experience launching new products and product indications. Deep understanding and significant experience working in stroke, anti-coagulation, neurology, and cardiovascular therapeutic areas. Experience selling in institutional and clinical settings, and navigating the P&T committee process. Experience in establishing and pulling-through in-patient to out-patient protocols.
