About the Role
We are hiring Installers (Construction General Laborers) for our award-winning team in Rush City, MN. This role is designed for individuals who want to be part of something bigger. You will join a high-performance team where we win together, working until the job is done right.
In this position, you will execute construction general labor duties while learning our business and growing your career. Your day will involve organizing, carrying, and loading heavy job materials, performing set-up and clean-up tasks, and digging and back-filling trenches. You will also make repairs in confined spaces like crawl spaces, basements, and around home foundations. You will work outdoors in various weather conditions, from extreme heat to cold and rain.
This role offers a fast track to leadership. We promote from within over 80% of the time, with the opportunity to advance to Foreman in just one year.
