As a Field Technician at Spectrum, you will be on the front lines, installing and repairing services while educating customers on their use. This entry-level role is designed for those who enjoy solving technical challenges in a dynamic environment. No two days are the same; you will stay active and work outdoors, utilizing hand tools in a variety of environments to solve complex technical issues.
We equip you with the training you need to succeed, including on-the-job training and a Broadband Apprenticeship Program. You will build meaningful relationships with colleagues and customers while maximizing your potential through our career self-progression plan. This path allows you to move from Field Technician I to Field Technician IV, with opportunities to earn industry-recognized certifications and advance into leadership positions.
