About the Role

The Inside Sales Team Manager is the engine behind Quill's outbound growth strategy. This is a highly execution-oriented role focused on improving call quality, strengthening discovery, and expanding category adoption. You will provide hands-on coaching, operational oversight, and real-time deal support to ensure your team is executing effective outbound motions and maintaining a healthy pipeline.

In this position, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to align priorities and optimize processes. Your day-to-day involves fostering a diverse, inclusive, and positive team environment while removing friction so sellers can perform at a high level and deliver sustained customer growth. You will be the bridge between frontline associates and business leaders, ensuring sellers are equipped with the right tools, insights, and messaging to drive meaningful customer conversations.

Hiring Process

  • Initial Screening: A 30-minute conversation with a recruiter to discuss your background and the role's expectations.
  • Interview Loop: A series of interviews with the hiring manager and cross-functional partners focusing on leadership style, coaching philosophy, and strategic alignment.
