The Inside Sales Team Manager is the engine behind Quill's outbound growth strategy. This role is responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of our sales efforts, with a specific focus on reactivating lapsed customers, activating net-new sites, and increasing customer awareness across our full assortment of product categories.
This is a highly execution-oriented leadership position. You will provide hands-on coaching, operational oversight, and real-time deal support to ensure your team is executing effective outbound motions. Your day will center on improving call quality, strengthening discovery processes, expanding category adoption, and removing friction so sellers can perform at a high level and deliver sustained customer growth.
You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to align priorities and optimize processes, ensuring sellers are equipped with the right tools, insights, and messaging to drive meaningful customer conversations and long-term value. By fostering a diverse, inclusive, and positive team environment, you will support engagement and growth while holding the team accountable for results and behaviors.
Candidates selected for this role will move through a structured interview process designed to assess leadership capabilities, sales acumen, and cultural fit.
