The Inside Sales Team Manager operates within this dynamic environment, acting as the bridge between strategic growth objectives and frontline execution.
This position is the engine behind Quill's outbound growth strategy. You will lead the day-to-day execution of initiatives designed to reactivate lapsed customers, activate net-new sites, and increase customer awareness across our full assortment of product categories. The role is highly execution-oriented, focused on improving call quality, strengthening discovery, and expanding category adoption to remove friction for sellers.
As a leader, you will provide hands-on coaching, operational oversight, and real-time deal support. Your goal is to ensure sellers are executing effective outbound motions, maintaining a healthy pipeline, and consistently applying best practices. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to align priorities, optimize processes, and equip sellers with the right tools, insights, and messaging to drive meaningful customer conversations and long-term value.
Candidates selected for this role will engage in a structured interview process designed to assess leadership capabilities, sales acumen, and cultural fit. This typically includes an initial screening, followed by deeper discussions on operational strategy and team management scenarios.
