About the Role
We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Miami, Florida office. This is a full-time, in-office position designed for someone with a strong sense of hustle and drive who is eager to learn, grow, and develop within the construction sector. You will thrive in a team-oriented and fun work environment, balancing time between estimating work and proactive customer outreach.
In this role, you will partner with General Contractors to drive active sales and customer development. Your day will involve reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive bids for commercial construction projects. You will source products from various suppliers to secure competitive material costs and follow up with customers to negotiate contracts. Success in this position requires direct communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the confidence to solve problems and clarify project scopes during pre-bid calls.
