About the Role
The Inside Sales Representative serves as a vital bridge between existing customers and the outside sales team. In this position, you will manage Requests for Quotes (RFQs), prepare accurate pricing, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your work ensures that customers receive timely and effective solutions by collaborating closely with internal departments and developing deep product knowledge.
This role is ideal for individuals with transferable backgrounds in inside sales, sales administration, marketing, or technical fields such as electrical technicians, marine electricians, field technicians, applications engineers, and warehouse/parts counter personnel with electrical exposure. You will work a standard schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, in a salary and commission-based capacity.
