As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the vital link between our customers and our fulfillment teams. Your role involves responding to customer inquiries, closing profitable sales orders, and processing incoming requests. You will ensure customer needs are met by reviewing orders, following through on delivery commitments, and communicating effectively with both customers and the employees fulfilling the orders. You will also execute sales efforts ethically and professionally, reflecting positively on the company's reputation. This includes selling products and services, offering add-ons and up-sells, and suggesting alternatives when specific requests cannot be met. You will work closely with branch personnel to provide competitive quotations.
