About the Role

This hybrid Inside Sales position is designed for career-driven individuals ready to switch paths or accelerate their journey in business-to-business sales. You will serve as a strategic partner to small business owners, utilizing Hibu's all-inclusive digital marketing platform, Hibu One, to help them thrive.

In this role, you will follow a proven prospecting process leveraging AI-driven tools to personalize outreach and simplify the sales cycle. Working alongside skilled Digital Marketing experts, you will deliver confident, consultative recommendations. The position offers a dynamic day-to-day experience, as you will engage with clients across a wide variety of industries. Success in this role is defined by building long-term business relationships, which not only expands your book of business but also generates ongoing residual commissions.
