This position is designed to manage, lead, and evaluate the day-to-day activities of the outbound inside sales team operations. You will ensure the achievement of sales goals and the delivery of a superior customer service experience by overseeing performance metrics, retention statistics, and staffing requirements.
In this role, you will foster a positive work environment conducive to high-performing teams. You will provide day-to-day direction, guidance, coaching, and professional development related to performance evaluation. Your focus will be on developing analysis that provides insight into inside sales operations, reviewing trends, and driving change to improve customer service and resource utilization. You will also maintain a small book of accounts in an Inside Sales Consultant (ISC) role to remain market-facing and attend industry/supplier conferences to develop industry expertise.
