As a Designer, you will drive sales and customer engagement by promoting programs, leveraging leads, and maintaining an active presence on the salesfloor. Your day will be defined by providing enriching customer interactions and delivering elevated design offerings both in the store and virtually. You will create elevated designs for customers using preferred tools to generate mood boards, 2D & 3D floor plans, product lists, and customer presentations. Whether leading design consultations in person (in-store or in-home) or via email, phone, and virtual channels, you will ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner.
You will possess a clear understanding of brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy across channels, including Store, E-Commerce, and Catalog. By actively listening to customers, you will identify the products that best meet their needs while communicating company loyalty services. You will also support store training, educate others on design services, and develop new, lasting relationships through networking and clienteling.
