Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist HVAC contractors and customers at the sales counter with product selection and order processing
- check_circleReceive and process requests for quotations, orders, and lead times via phone, email, and app
- check_circleSupport sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries
- check_circleCollaborate with sales team to address customer-related needs and provide exceptional service
- check_circleCoordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- check_circleDevelop and maintain strong product knowledge of HVAC parts, sheet metal, and related supplies
Requirements
