We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales professional to join our Mississauga office. This is a high-volume position designed for an aggressive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented team player. The ideal candidate will be driven to expand the business by utilizing cold calling strategies while leveraging a strong background in customer service.
In this role, you will act as a vital link between departments, strengthening relationships with current accounts and developing a new customer base. Your day-to-day will involve providing accurate quotes, converting them into sales orders, and managing customer communications via phone and email. Success in this position requires excellent time management and interpersonal skills to handle customer service issues effectively.
