We are seeking a licensed Inpatient Occupational Therapist to join our team at MedStar National Rehabilitation Hospital. In this position, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of patient care, from initial evaluation and treatment planning to implementation and discharge. Beyond direct patient interaction, you will play an active role in staff development, facilitating educational activities, and mentoring new employees and students. Your work will directly impact the optimization of our service area through participation in process improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and the development of treatment guidelines.
