We are seeking an Inpatient Occupational Therapist to join our team at MedStar National Rehabilitation Hospital. You will serve as a vital resource in your area of expertise, guiding patients through their recovery journey with evidence-based care.
In this position, you will manage the full spectrum of patient care, from initial evaluation and treatment planning to implementation and discharge. Beyond direct patient interaction, you will play an active role in staff development, serving as a preceptor for new employees and students, and contributing to special projects that enhance our departmental standards. Your work will directly impact patient outcomes by ensuring accurate documentation, facilitating family education, and driving process improvements within the team.
