About the Role
We are seeking an Inpatient Occupational Therapist to join our team at MedStar National Rehabilitation Hospital. In this role, you will serve as a vital resource within a cohesive team environment, applying high-level problem-solving skills to deliver evidence-based care. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of patient care, from initial evaluation and treatment planning to implementation, discharge planning, and comprehensive documentation. Beyond direct patient care, you will play an active role in staff development, serving as a preceptor for new employees and students, and contributing to process improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
