We are seeking an Inpatient Occupational Therapist to join our team at MedStar National Rehabilitation Hospital. You will serve as a vital resource in your area of expertise, guiding patients through their recovery journey with evidence-based care.
In this position, you will be the driving force behind initial evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation for referred patients. Beyond direct patient care, you will play a key role in staff development by facilitating educational activities, serving as a preceptor for new employees and students, and leading the charge in process improvement initiatives.
