We are seeking an Infusion Nurse, Independent Contractor to join our team in the Westchester, NY area. In this role, you will serve as a registered nurse capable of diagnosing and treating human responses to actual or potential health problems. You will be responsible for providing primary care to assigned patients, offering education to patients and their families, and collaborating closely with our in-house RN staff to develop, implement, and revise individualized plans of care.
As an independent contractor, you will manage an assigned group of patients, coordinating their care needs with other members of the healthcare team. Your day-to-day involves assessing biophysical and psychosocial needs, performing physical assessments, and maintaining strict adherence to state nursing practice acts and AOM Infusion policies. You will utilize a company-supplied iPad to complete electronic documentation and obtain patient signatures at the end of each visit, ensuring all care aligns with physician orders and treatment plans.

Experience in a home infusion setting. Experience as a pediatric nurse in a home infusion setting or the ability to become competent in pediatric practices associated with pediatric home infusion.
