About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Infusion, you will provide quality in-home care and administer specialty pharmacy infusion therapies, injectables, and lab processing to patients with rare, chronic, and acute diseases. Working in home settings, infusion suites, or physician offices, you will teach patients self-administration techniques while managing complex vascular access (SPC, PIV, Midlines, CVADs) and phlebotomy.
This role requires critical thinking and decisive judgment to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate care planning with the Director of Nursing, proactively update patient plans of care, and ensure safe care delivery adhering to all policies and infection control measures. Flexibility is key, as you may need to travel within your assigned geographic region, work alternate shifts on short notice, and be on call for field visits.
